My name is Alexandria. But, you can call me Alex.

I have been writing down my emotions since the 8th grade in order for me to be able to work through them. At times, I can be an emotional wreck and at other times I can be completely put together. It just depends on a few factors:

  1. Mood
  2. Time of day
  3. Time of month
  4. Time of year
  5. If I have eaten or not.
  6. If I have gotten enough sleep.
  7. If we’re friends.
  8. If I have been recently hurt.
  9. If I have been recently happy.

If you couldn’t already tell, my mood can change at the drop of the hat and for any reason really. So, I write them down. I write them down for two reasons.

  1. To work through what I am feeling.
  2. To get over what I am feeling.

That’s it. In the past, it’s helped. Some times have been harder than others, but for the most part it helps. So I’ve decided to write this blog to see if it will help again and to reach out to anyone to see if they are going through the same things and to see if they can help me through mine.

I’m not really asking for much, just advice and support when you have it. I am just trying to get through my life the only way I know how and with the best coping mechanisms.
